WWE Network details revealed, launching February 24th



Chairman and CEO, , has this evening used a 2014 press conference to announce further details about the , including its official launch date – February 24th.

Rather than offering a television channel, the corporation have shaped the into a Netflix-esque service.

In addition to a wealth of On Demand content, which includes every single , WCW and ECW Pay-Per-View; every episode of Raw and Smackdown; and original series including Legends’ House, Countdown and WrestleMania Rewind, for just $9.99 per month the network will feature a 24/7 live stream with scheduled programming, including pre and post shows for Raw and Smackdown, and a live daily talk show – all twelve of the corporations Pay-Per-Views, including WrestleMania, will also be available at no extra cost.

Initially available in the United States, streaming at 720p on devices including the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Kindle Fire, Roku and those powered by iOS and Android, the envisages the network launching in the United Kingdom, Canada, the Nordics, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Hong Kong in late 2014/early 2015.
